When my little first born son passed on I was heart broken but I always found hope in this song. And I was mourning by singing it just like am seeing god and telling him the words in the song. And I still find hope in it today when am faced with a life storm. I am always reminded to sing hyms of love and praises to the almighty because of his faithfulness.

In my final year in university, the school closed the payment and registration. This simply means an extra year and I was so confused because I waited six years before getting admission and seven years running the program due to national educational problem, I was so confused and couldn't pray for I don't know how or what to pray. I was strengthened by this song and first time in the school history, the decision was reversed and we had what they called 2nd stream exam.

Lately I've been really down and depressed. Today after church I went to my pastor for couseling and told him everything. He started playing this song, I was in total shock because I thought I was the only one to feel like this. He said sometimes it feels like god is no where to be found or sometimes you try to pray but don't know what to say. But in hebrews 13: 5-6 it says "god will never leave us nor forsake us". There is a enemy trying to destroy us, keep believing and never give up! God loves us and is always with us! I pray that lord may use this song to heal many people in the name of jesus god bless you! Amen!

When I heard this song it made me cry: (it has meanings to me and thank you for giving me a hope in this song because God is calling me but I don't know where to start because I'm doubting what I'm going to do if I'm going to my studies in school or in church because I had no time to go in church. Help me please! What is my choice: (I want to join in church choirs but my parents always says that "THERE IS THE RIGHT TIME" but I want to join in ministry like Street Preaching, Bible Study and to join youth camp I want to experience it: Lord Help me please!

I am having a big problem, lots and lots of them right now, when I heard this song my tears fell so much, reminding me that there is a God that is bigger than my problems, there is a God that waits patiently for me to ask His help. I have been amiss in praying for a while, thinking that I can solve all my problems on my own and doing everything I can to do it alone, listening to this song made me realize that I can not do it alone, that I have to lift it all up to Him in prayer and ask His guidance and His help. Sometimes we have to traverse a very difficult path before we realize that we are having problems because we are not asking for His help, for His guidance. Lord, I implore you to help me, to guide me for me to know what you want for me.

You know when I heard this song for the first time I cried because it was hammering on my weakness but it thought me to stay strong since I am not the only sinner on earth as I thought I was. It taught me perseverance. I sang and listened to this song many times and now I can really pray. I now know what to say and where to start. Thanks don.

I am 67 years old. I lost my wife on January 25, 2020 she suffered from hypotension. I loved her so much and we were blessed with 4 children (3 daughters and a son). After her death in fact i was very much heart broken. Fortunately i came across this song a year later which was a blessing to me as it says "even in my darkest hour through the sorrow and the pain I will sing and I will praise" wherever this song is played i remember her. For me the meaning is not to be despair as the I will sing I will praise and Lift my hands to honor him because his word is true.
