This song is obvious and self explanatory. He's talking about loving a girl who accuses him of things her exs did to hurt her. And he's just trying to tell her that he loves her and he'd do anything to prove that. But it's gone to the point where she's accused him too much of things he has nothing to do with, he can't take it anymore. So he's trying to get it in her head that she's gotta learn to trust him as him, not as her ex. If she chooses not to, then he'll leave 'cuz he can't take bein' blamed and made guilty for things he didn't do.
