Alessandro "Alex" Britti (born ) is an Italian singer-songwriter and guitarist. At the age of 17 he started his first band playing blues at various clubs in Rome. He worked with other musicians like Buddy Miles, Billy Preston and Louisiana Red and toured Europe with Rosa King .
