If you want to talk about immigrants and how they are the scapegoats
Of the wars that we start and the bombs that we drop
While blaming the economy, ignoring inequality
It's more piss for the poor, more wealth for the wealthy
The right to an abortion, the right to be gay
Do you really want to talk about taking these rights away
Do you want to taLk about climate change and call it a hoax
Even though science has laid out the facts
And if they are ignored, the results will be disastrous

And do something about it when we come to realise
