This is from beau bokan himself;.
There was [a] girl who walked up to me with tears in her eyes and handed me a note that pretty much said she had been on the verge of suicide, and she would have gone through with it if it wasn't for our music. We were so moved, we had to write a song specifically for her and all the kids out there that feel the same way. Our fans mean the world to us, and we want them to grow with us and have happy healthy lives.

Omg this is so weird, just yesterday night, I felt exactly the same way. I really just wanted to not live anymore. . On the verge of suicide, and barely right now I was listening to a playlist I made that didn't include this song on it. I have no idea how or why this song came up, I looked up the lyrics and read the comments and I can't believe I saw on the comments beau bokan's reason for writing this song. : O. . I feel so much better, I can't give up. . Thanks blessthefall, thank you beau.
