When he says "i'm not the one that you want, i'll only let you down. And i'm pretty sure that you've caught on. " that part is pretty clear he's saying that she deserves better cause he will let her down and he's sure she knows. "i think it's every time I walk into a room.
A silence so sudden that I seem to hear it" basically is describing the akwardness when he comes around her.

Meaning he probably lied and told her he loved her and didn't mean it so he's asking how long will she hold on to the beautiful things he said to her.

Is kind of the same as the last part. Her eyes is begging for more from him.
But his love for her is gone and her head is full of words of him saying things like "i love you" "we'll be together forever" ect things like that when people tell each other when the love is new.

This is such an intense song. Its like hes hurting and wants to be with this girl but knows right now he can't and wonders if she will ever know the true meaning why hes not the one she wants he wants so badly to pull away from her and his angwish but for some reason can't its like hes shouting out to her telling her how he wants her to view how he feels. I love this song.

Very intense! He's feeling like giving up. That his mask of strength and tenacity is finally failing and he's giving admittance that he's not good enough. He feels as if he's being looked upon as his true self "a disappointment" but gives the possibility that he's only feeling sorry for himself. He thinks people see him as having a big ego and just full of words that don't mean anything.

My ex has this on his profile
he'sgone emo ever since the break up and alwas thinks that he's not good enough. I love him as a friend, and I care for him inso many ways, but the same feelings that were there before jus arent there now. I get so sad when I hear him say that he's never good enough, and dat, like the song says, he'll only let me down.

First off, I *Love* this song! Craig projects such emotion that I can't help but get a little weepy when I listen to it.
My personal opinion regarding the lyrics is that he's talking about his own misgivings and insecurities regarding his/the band's success. I think he's speaking of his fear that he won't live up to the expectations of the fans. Maybe I'm just getting this impression because of last summer's failed (thank god) suicide attempt, but that's what I take away from this song - that he's afraid he isn't good enough.
Again - my opinion. You provide your own salt.
