Christopher Anthony John "Chris" Martin (born 2 March 1977) is an English singer-songwriter and instrumentalist, best known as the lead vocalist and primary songwriter of the band Coldplay. He is the husband of Hollywood actress Gwenyth Paltrow, with whom he has fathered two children.
