Club Kuru is an British alt-psych-rock band, formed in 2016. Initially, the band consisted only of Laurie Erskine. However, he faced issues while trying to sign on to a label and recruited Laurence Hammerton (guitar). Band founder, Laurie Erskine originally wrote a jazz album, but then threw it away to pursue a different form of music.
