I fell in love with this song when I was in the van, I thought babae ang singer, un pala si darren, kasarap ng kanta, kasarap ng boses at sobrang aus ang lyrics. It's like a cupid's angel singing this para sa taong dapat matamaan, para sa taong kanilang gustong tamaan. What hit me most? This:

I can totally relate to this song. There's this guy who looks like Darren Espanto in a certain angle. At first, I didn't notice him. To me, he was just my classmate. I could really relate to the song. My crush, a cute guy named Josh, was the guy I was addicted to for like 4 years and this year, he was moving away so I thought it was the perfect time to tell him how I felt. So I did. And he said "ok" and nothing else. Not even a smile. When I saw his reaction, my heart broke to a trillion pieces. I was sad and lonely for the past few days because I realized, there was no way to communicate with him at all. Not even facebook. But, still, he's stuck in my mind, like there's a permanent place for him there. Darren really hit the truth hard with this song. I love this song. I could really relate to it. I had a crush for more than nine years. Every day I visit him in his classroom, house, and gym. Then we became best friend for a long time but every week he changes his girl friend and he never noticed me. One day I stood up and told him I like him but he laugh he thought that everything I say was a joke and its really hurts when he think of me like that. This song is really beautiful. Darren Espanto is really talented, his song inspired me because I felt that way too. It's so hard and depressing to think that the person I admire doesn't seem to see me around. I feel the butterflies in my stomach whenever he is around, I tried to catch his attention, I made him my inspiration, but still, I just don't know what to do. He's still stuck on my mind. I can really relate to the every graceful words that I could listen to Darren's voice 24 hours straight. I was really touched by the lyrics especially on the part "Time may pass us by, but you'll stay stuck on my mind" it means that when time passes, you still love that person even if he/she doesn't love you back. You're still waiting for that person even if the chance is very small that he/she feels the same. You can't move on easily. "I held onto something that never really mattered..." You still love that person even if that "someone" doesn't have time to give his/her attention to you. Hahaha! It's funny that I remember a person when I hear this. He's my best friend.
