Of course the meaning of the song isn't completely clear. Otherwise it wouldn't be an Dir en Grey Song, because Kyo loves to write lyrics with hidden meanings or also double meanings. But this song is about rape, which is showing trough the lines "From me, the assaulter, to you, the victim." or "I'll keep fucking you forever" or also "Every second... I drive it in..."
But it's also about child abuse I think, because as a new "victim" a 14 year-old girl is mentioned. Many people dislike it because of it, but my opinion is that rape is a very difficult but also important topic. Obviously this is not written from the victim's sight but from the rapists. This is very interesting but some people may be disgusted by it sadly. You get to see the rapists mind and that's the fact that most people don't like about it or are afraid of. But as cruel and sad and disgusting as it is, I have to say that it's also interesting and that Kyo again succeeded in writing a very deep song. All humans have dark desires, of course not always rape (!) but if you just listen and read the lyrics it get's psychological confusing and fascinating. Yes, rape is bad but this song isn't.
