Divine Council is an American group originating from Richmond, Virginia and consists of $ILKMONEY, Cyrax and Lord Linco as well as rapper/producer ICYTWAT. In an interview with Noisey, Cyrax proclaims they "got signed to Epic Records by the homie L.A. Reid".
