Elliott Yamin (born Efraym Elliott Yamin on July 20, 1978) is an American singer who was the third-place finalist on the fifth season of American Idol. He finished with 33.06% out of 50 million votes in the top 3 night. He is also the first and, so far, only male contestant to finish third place on American Idol.
