Falling In Reverse – Tragic Magic lyrics
I'm back *hahahahaha*

So lets rewind
Back to the time
2005 I almost died
I overdosed
I did not know
That I provoked
This evil ghost

Disaster
Magically I turned
Tragedy into melody
Over catchy beats
It comes so naturally
So smooth and casually
That's why they call me king
Of the music scene
Lala lalala...
I dug a hole 10 miles wide
So I can throw all of you inside
You're such a dumb fuck
You need to shut up
You bring a picture of me every time you get your haircut
Imposter
!
Magically I turned
Tragedy into melody
Over catchy beats
It comes so naturally
So smooth and casually
That's why they call me king
Of the music scene
Lala lalala...
Oh, bruised and broken,
My eyes are opened
I won't lose focus,
My eyes are opened
Can you see
In the distance?
Can you see
The resistance?
We will rise,
Rise against them
From the start,
Rise against them
Magically I turned
Tragedy into melody
Over catchy beats
It comes so naturally
So smooth and casually
That's why they call me king
Of the music scene
Magically I turned
Tragedy into melody
Over catchy beats
It comes so naturally
So smooth and casually
That's why they call me king
Of the music scene

The whole song is obviously a slam to craig mabbit but it kinda made me lose respect for ronnie while it gained him some more. I respect that he can say publicly how he thinks craig just wants to be him and thinks he is the perfect replacement of him, but the way ronnie refers to himself as king of the music scene kinda puts me off by him just being so arrogant about it. I respect him for saying it, but how he did doesn't sit right with me.

It's about how ronnie was doin drugs and gettin f*ed up all the time with his old band escape the fate. But when one times things went too far and ronnie got busted (for something he didn't even do) his band turned their backs on him and started lying and saying he's a murderer. So he's saying s***w you, I don't need you cause I'm the best. And he also mentions how mabbit the new singer is just trying to be just like him (you bring a picture of me every time you get your haircut, imposter!) now he has seen the mistakes he's made in the past and now he can take all of the bad things that happened to him and turn them around to something good.

This is ronnie saying he doesn't need escape the fate and that they just copy him. The song even says, "imposter! " and mentions digging a hole so he can throw everyone inside (I'm guessing he's saying this to etf) he also talks about his music coming easily to him and being the "king of the music scene," this is just my view on it, I don't really know it could be something else.

This song is completely about ronnie's life. He mentions getting rejected and taking drugs in this song. He also accused crai mabbit of being an imposter.
But its more than a hate poem. He says he is over that now. He has found new hope and magically turned that big tragedy (rejection from escape the fate) into a more amazing thing - true melody.
The resistance is his way of stating revenge in the music scene - he wants to overthrow escape the fate and become a better band than them.
In the end, he mentions that he is too good for escape the fate and he is the king of music. Possible meaning behind it could be that he regards escape the fate as his servants.
I personally don't care much about the meaning and like both bands but this song is really amazing.

I love this song. But my respect for ronnie has gone down a little. Have any of you noticed how he can't keep band members? I like the fact that he is really clever with his lyrics but he doesn't have to be a complete a* to craig. I mean I think I'd rather have escape the fate with a new leader rather than no escape the fate at all. Btw have you all seen ronnie's new years resolution? He said he was going to try to be nice to craig. LMFAO lets see how long that lasts! :)
