I think this song is about someone who has been let down and partly destroyed and their life is just about gettingback up from whatever happens as it says "when your hope is on the guard" it also says "when the poison fills your heart" this could mean a few things firstly it could be the horrible things people say about them that being the poison or maybe the fact they themselves aren't nice and have had enough and lash out. Next I'd like to point out when it says "drink from the water... So say your goodbyes now... " which in my opinion means they have given up 'cause they've had such a rough life that they feel it is not worth living in other words killing themselves and the last part "say your goodbyes... " kind of tells you it is the end and saying goodbye for the last time. The title also adds something "fearless" - they'be fought their whole life and have learned how to defend themselves.

I think it means something about old grannies beating up young boys. I had a dream about this. It was a total ephiphany. So cool. You should try it sometime. Anyway, so these boys are crossing the street, and this granny who doesn't know that x is a letter, not an unknown number likes to hide under pillows when she feels the snakes grabbing her. So, this leads her to react with menace and run the dudes over, buuut one of the dudes is a horse gentler, and takes the granny head on. Oh my gosh I'm thinking, while I was dreaming. It turns out that this guy could also stop cars dead in their tracks no matter how much you wished you could poop out butterflies. Long enough for you dummmys?!
