Fireworks was an American indie rock band from New York City. Fireworks was founded by Darin Lin Wood, a former member of the bands Cop Shoot Cop, '68 Comeback, and The Blacksnakes. He moved to New York City from Dallas in 1989, and in 1993 founded Fireworks with Chris Merlick.
