Lawrence Franks Jr. (born January 1, 1988) better known by his stage name Huey or Baby Huey is a rapper from St. Louis, Missouri and signed to Jive Records. His debut single off his album Notebook Paper is "Pop, Lock & Drop It". Huey is currently in a rumored feud with Nelly claiming that Nelly has not helped and even put a halt to other St. Louis artists careers.
