Aquio Togashi Togashi Akio, born 1961 in Hokkaid?) better known as m.c.A·T Emu Sh? ? T?, "Microphone Controller Aquio Togashi") is a Japanese musician, rapper, and record producer with Avex Trax. He graduated from Hokkaido Sapporo Tsukisamu High School and the Hokkaido University of Education.
