    Its not just the rain of his blessings that come to mind for me but the rain and floods of life that come up against us on a daily basis. Its during life storms that we learn to trust in him and build our foundations upon the rock so that when the storms comes against us we are not blown to and fro. Its in the rain we learn to trust in him in all things. I thank the lord for the flood gates of heaven.

    For me this song breaks me down and all the things of the world down and helps me to enter into the presence of god. Open the flood gates of heaven and let wash over my soul. I can freely worship in the holy spirit which is the rain from heaven. The more I let the holy spirit speak through me I become stronger in the lord. We all need a good cleansing from the holy ghost rain.
