Peter Schilling – Major Tom (Vollig Losgelost) lyrics
Gründlich durchgecheckt
Steht sie da
Und wartet auf den Start. -
Alles klar.

Experten streiten sich
Um ein paar Daten -
Die Crew hat dann noch
Ein paar Fragen, doch
Der Countdown läuft.

Effektivität
Bestimmt das Handeln
Man verlässt sich blind
Auf den andern.

Jeder weiss genau
Was von ihm abhängt,
Jeder ist I'm Stress,
Doch Major Tom
Macht einen Scherz.

Dann hebt er ab und!...

Ref:
... Völlig losgelöst
Von der Erde
Schwebt das Raumschiff
Völlig schwerelos.

Die Erdanziehungskraft
Ist überwunden,
Alles läuft perfekt -
Schon seit Stunden.

Wissenschaftliche
Experimente,
Doch was nützen die
Am Ende
Denkt sich Major Tom.

I'm Kontrollzentrum
Da wird man panisch.
Der Kurs der Kapsel der
Stimmt ja gar nicht.

"Hallo Major Tom,
Können Sie hören,
Woll'n Sie das Projekt
Denn so zerstören? ",
Doch, er kann nichts hörn'.
Er schwebt weiter...

Ref:
... Völlig losgelöst
Von der Erde
Schwebt das Raumschiff
Völlig schwerelos.

Die Erde schimmert blau
Sein letzter Funk kommt:
"Grüsst mir meine Frau!"
Und er verstummt.

Unten trauern noch
Die Egoisten,
Major Tom denkt sich
"wenn die wüssten -,
Mich führt hier ein Licht
Durch das All,
Das kennt ihr noch nicht,
Ich komme bald
Mir wird kalt. "

Ref:
Völlig losgelöst
Von der Erde
Schwebt das Raumschiff...

It’s come to my attention that no one asked me to review the grinch movie, so I'm doing it of my own accord. I believe the old saying goes “ask and you shall receive"? In my opinion, it’s better when you don’t ask but you still receive, so here we go. Keep in mind, I'm writing this on sunday, a day where I don’t record my thoughts (because I'm not in school so it’s technically not high school thoughts, it’s home thoughts) so I'm sacrificing my own time to write this for the enjoyment of all 2 of you people who read my document (Chris and my mom). Without further ado, here are my thoughts on the movie I waited so very long to see: It was good. Not just good, it was the film of the century. Rotten tomatoes is lying to you. It is worth so much more than 57%. If you approach me on the subject of that being incorrect, and the movie not actually being good, I will strip away your constitutional rights. Something I especially liked was that the grinch has social anxiety like I do, so I kind of related to everything that was going on, and that’s not even the only reason why. There's an “emotional eating” scene where it’s revealed that the guy just stress-eats until January and that’s a Big Mood. It's my firm belief that Illumination tracked my movements and projected my personality onto a character. I should sue them for that, but I liked their movie, so I'll hold off on the legal stuff. However, I'll say once again that my dog is a very good lawyer. The music was good, but my one problem is that they used a jazzy version of one of the songs in their many ads and trailers and never ended up putting it in the movie, which is not entirely fantastic because the rule of life is that jazzy music > rap. The only way illumination can redeem themselves is by releasing the trailer version online so I can at least hear it in all its glory. They're only ¼ redeemed right now because they did use a different jazzy song that was pretty good. They managed to make a good character out of that one character they added in for no reason, and anyone who can make a character that’s added for no reason good is a god to me. Back to the social anxiety thing, it felt very real to me, because it was all stuff I'd experienced before; being worried about interacting with people, a lot of social awkwardness, getting anxious in crowds, and that was only the beginning. They also did an amazing job at portraying sensory overload, another thing that happens to me. I think I mentioned this earlier on, but I had a bad instance of sensory overload at a wedding reception party back in April, and it was very draining. All the loud music and spotlights were just too much, and I didn’t have my phone to block out the sound, so I just. Sat there and cried because I didn’t have any way to leave. The way they showed that in the movie was very accurate to the way I felt then. Getting past the stuff that’s going to make my mom sad, and/or roll her eyes, I’m going to come out and say I kind of liked all the dumb jokes they made, and genuinely found them a bit funny (the scene with the threatening carolers is basically me at lunch trying to escape those people at the other table that tried to get me to date their friend). Really, I'm just relieved that they didn’t have the grinch do a fortnite dance, but they did have him wear spandex while Boogie by Brockhampton played, which is worse to some degree*. In conclusion, I give this movie a 10/10 for being relatable, breaking me out of the hole I've been stuck in for all of 14 years (more on that some other day), and having a great soundtrack. My issue now is that my brother changed my desktop background to this [image description: hrnnnnng it's the ginch.,.,.,.,. Dad].

I have to memorize this song for my german class, and I'm getting really tired of it. I'm super bored and the minimum word limit is 50 but I'm going to put at least 300 in here so let's begin. My name is Yeetus and I'm a super cool gamer boi who plays games but will remain single forever. I literally don't know why I'm typing to someone who will never read this but hey, better than memorizing this song. I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up but if my employers find this and know it's me then just remember that you can't touch me or I sue. Well I've almost reached the word limit on this review but I'd like to get maximum words so I'm just gonna keep talking. I think the best art about this song is that It's American and German's wish they were like us. Sorry if you're german but you know it's true. Just a few more words now I believe, but thanks for reading this...Sorry that I wasted your time.
