Rafet El Roman (born , 1968 in Havsa, Edirne, Turkey), is a pop star in his home country. He got his name from a fictional character named "El Romano". When Rafet's parents moved to Germany in 1970, he lived with his grandmother until he was 7 years old at Uzunköprü Ömerbey.
