She had a long series of personalities, with names like The Banana Split Lady and The Strawberry Girl. Shortly before the time that this song was written, a book was published, by Chris Costner Sizemore, entitled "I'm Eve". These and other personalities are in the book. It's been more than 30 years since I've read it.
