Wolfsheim (German pronunciation: ) was a Synthpop band from Hamburg, Germany. The band was founded in 1987 by Markus Reinhardt and Pompejo Ricciardi. They were inspired by the name of a fictional character from F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby.
