If placed only in the context of the movie, it is obvious that Bilbo and Frodo, along with the other Ring Bearers, and the Elves are going to Valinor.
But this song has meaning for me on a personal level. I listened to it after the passing of my Grandmother, and these are the words I would have told her before she left. That she had nothing to be afraid of and that those that she loved were waiting for her.
