Actually, the singer of this was, at one time, dating Amy Lee from Evanessance. While they were dating, he was doing drug. This caused Amy to leave him. So, in this song he's trying to say "well, you're not perfect either." Since our actual Jesus is perfect, he's just saying that, "yeah he made mistakes but, hey. you're not perfect either. " This shouldn't in anyway be taken offencive. He's not trying to say anything about Jesus.
