Haha I think it's tha same here too, this song makes me think about what's going on. But I think the meaning is like: the guy is like hurting her, and doesn't understand, how she deeply feels for him. And she's lossing love cause he doesn't realize it. She doesn't care what her peers say about him either if their saying he's not worth the hurt, or not a good guy at all. They try to pull her away cause they don't want her to be hurt by his stupidity. She's bleeding more and more, she tries to numb herself, [her heart is crippled] and it hurts her more.
