By all this he's doing he's trying to make some noise and to disrupt the city. He's got "a pack of camels and a smoke alarm" because with the smoke caused by the cigarettes it's causing the smoke alarm to go off causing more noise.

I love when Tyler says this because I personally can relate to it because I spend more time staring out the window at night and just thinking instead of sleeping because I just get lost in my thoughts and I personally feel like its one of the best moments to think because as he says "Time is slowin' and it's frozen still" and nothing is there to disturb your thoughts. Its just you and your mind.

This is one of my favorite verses, he includes himself amongst us and it really speaks out to us because its nice to know someone out there is or has dealt with this feeling we are dealing with and how it doesn't ever really go away, all we want is to get out of our "prisoner's cell" it doesn't matter how we do it, we just simply want out.
