I think this song is about a break up. At the beggining he sings desoite all the sirens and surgeons to me tht sounds like despite the warning signs, and when he says iv said it once iv said it a f*****g thousand times that I'm ok that I'm fine its all just in mind probably means people have asked him how he is he says hes fine but its all he can think about is her and he get past it, and its a war he can't win, he can't get over her and the end verse says it all every second every minute every day it never ends it never end its the pain she is causing him even tho thy are not together but it hurts and he can't get her out of his head, theres a few more versus tht point out my theory so yh :) Been thru it myself and I know exactly where hes coming from so I think thts why I love this song.
