It is about a man named Amadou Diallo who was shot 19 times, with 41 shots fired. He was a Muslim living in new york as a street vendor, he was ordered to stop outside his house by nypd police, and due to his poor English speaking skills he pulled out his wallet to show the police who he was. An officer assumed he was drawing a gun, and he and his fellow officers opened fire.
