Flicks127 - Dude, what are you going on about? This song has a perfectly simple meaning. Its about playing around to much and your gf eventually getting sick of it, but he's saying he isn't going to stop cause he is a douche! He is telling his lady to get away while she can cause really he is only going to hurt her in the long run.
Just cause you don't like it dude no need to say it doesn't make sense. Personally for all it worth bro, I think its actually quite a sad sentimental song about regret - at a guess would say it relates to him losing his fiance a year or two ago and he still feels pain and sorrow about how he was and that he lost what he did like the most.
