Loved this song when I first heard it on the radio xd.
I think the meaning of this is that he's liking a girl that's up herself and thinks she's the center of the world, he's tryin' to make her like her but she doesn't even notice him. Then there's the part where he's talkin' about how she was acting shallow until she found out how rich she is, then he just gives up on her I guess: p my interpretation.
