The Flash is a children’s cartoon character that can move at supersonic speed. They are comparing JMJ to The Flash because he’s also extremely fast on the turntables. It’s also possible they are comparing him to Grandmaster Flash, but since the theme of the song is children’s cartoon and nursery rhyme characters, I suspect it’s the first.
