I agree with Goth Girl as well. It is extremely hard to let go of sorrow when you've held it for so long. When she says "Darling, I forgive you after all." I think she was holding on to something to keep herself depressed even thou she doesn't care about what happened as much as she cares about her depression and keeping it alive as much as she wants it to die.

Meaning
I disagree with scene queen. It goes much deeper than that. I think when she's saying "My God, my tourniquet" She's calling her tourniquet her god. She's an adict. By making herself intoxicated she forgot her pain or atleast eased it but by doing so she caused more problems and had to deal with always wanting the drug and now regrets whats she's done. She wants to find her way and doesn't know how. It's about letting things get so bad that you want to die and you can't seem to find your way through the pain.
