I've always loved this song but today while listening to it, I read the words. It's obvious that he's talking about God. I thought, "I can't believe this rocker wrote a song about God." It's pretty cool, but I bet half of the people are like me and don't know the words. So I looked it up and found this site asking my opinion. I don't know why you would want somebody's opinion on a Sting song but I gave it. He believes in God and thinks about him enough to write this song. Good for him. God bless him! I love all of Sting's songs and love the way he kept himself famous, so young people can hear him and know what really good singing sounds like. There aren't hardly any around these days.
