I think this song is about not just facing your fears but getting back up again after each blow. I think it's a very inspirational song and when ever I'm having trouble in my life I always listen to this song or sing it to my self. It really made me think about how every one has struggles in their life and every one screws up sometimes and the best thing you can do is just keep going and never give up.
