Basically I feel this song is for anyone who has lost A loved one, be it because of death or ever just parting ways, the hurt you feel is the same, the loss and never being able to hold them close again or even have conversations with them as you have in the past. A beautifully written song and with A greater meaning. I think of those who I have loved and lost and my heart does still ache.
