I'm not sure really what the song is about, but certain lyrics really struck me and I thought I would share my opinion as to what they mean. The Halo, for example, as it slid down around her neck. I imagined the Halo might represent a noose, however morbid it may seem. Also, generally when people are balled up on a bathroom floor, it's not a good thing. I was thinking either self-harm or suicide... hopefully I'm not totally off. The song sounds kind of bittersweet to me; maybe a friendship that is falling apart. Perhaps someone who has depression but won't confide in anyone or let anyone help them. Any more insight as to the meaning would be greatly appreciated!
