I agree with everyone who posted on this song and my opinion is that I saw the video a while ago, And it was magical, Truly amazing. Such a great song by guns N' roses and so cool too. I think that it symbolizes A bad wedding and crushed hope for that wedding but I never read the book so if anyone wants to correct me feel free to do so.
