This song is not a glorification of s**. It is a warning - "it feels alright until you pay the price." One price is the fact that she controls you. And you have to have her - It is like an addiction.
The second price you pay is the obvious fact that she is diseased. Std's, vd, aids, etc. A person should know better that to engage in s** with such a woman, but their lust overrides their reason. And they then pay the price.
