This song is a direct parody on all the silly gibberish celebrities go on these days. Notice how some have that stupid song about lost boyfriends or girlfriends?
This song is lyrically brilliant, made better by the music.
Pink mentions controversy in the song such as her husband starting a fight and her as well, making more fun of the 'marriage break-up write a song about it'.
It is essentially and at heart a parody song on break-ups and their repercussions.

Brilliant song, I think its about life passing on with each moment becoming more and more agonizing unless the moment is 'seized'.
Days pass on easily, but nothing happens unless the day is actually seized, thus making it a constant scramble to make sense of the surroundings.
On another level its about love and how someone realizes what they lose and want back - what they should have done; 'seize the day'.
