This song is quite possibly about the suicide of Kurt Cobain two years before the songs writing by Gene Simmons was done. The song is about someone committing suicide. Am I wrong? No I'm not. And it mentions shooting in the head. I have multiple reasons to believe that this songs meaning is Kurt Cobain's 1994 suicide in Seattle Washington.
