If it is directed towards their old singer, Deuce (by the way, it's "JUST you coming out here has got me provoked"), it's basically saying how hard they've worked and all the blood, sweat, and tears they all put into their music, and then Deuce tried to steal it all away when they basically bent over backwards just to accommodate him. "We built our base and what we found it takes blood and sweat and always moving a crowd" is saying that making a band is no easy work, it requires team effort which Deuce wasn't giving. "No skill when you've gone the fast way" is basically saying that he was taking credit for everything they all were doing. "You'll be gone way before it even hits your time" - by the way Deuce is going, he won't make it far if he continues down that road. "Who doesn't have a band, shit I don't know!" Everyone thinks they can make a band, but not everyone can make it good. Deuce thinks it's so easy when it really isn't.
