I think maybe its about a person who went insane and killed there mother and is wondering if its really real. Or the person did something that got there mother killed. What I picture when I'm reading this is a boy lingering over his dead and bloody mother's body in a room at night saying "wake up wake up! What have i done" and wondering if its real. Yeah but really I don't know.
