To me, it means that we are all capable of creating our own reality if we truly believe.
We have to remember that the Universe hears us. Our positive and negative thoughts but it doesn't know the difference, so if we continually speak of negative, that is exactly what we get. The best thing for us all to do is only think of positive. The Universe will then respond accordingly.
