A bittersweet song about a person who's in love with his/her friend but, due to circumstances/situation they are in, they can't be together. Although it could be considered as a song about an unrequited love. Overall it's a beautiful song with a deep meaning. Although personally, people often mistook this song as a song that's about the sweetness pf being in love, well, itcould be, but, if you listen closely and understand it more it's a bittersweet feeling.
