I grew up listening to Johnny Cash. And I never really liked when artists covered classics. But I must say, Adam did a great job. No, it's not like the original, but it's not like he butchered it. He totally transformed the song into something. Exotic. Adam's ability to change up a song to make it sound even better is amazing. I can only wish I could ever be able to sing like him.

According to Adam, it's a song he wrote about intimacy and trust. It's such a beautiful song. It's my favorite song off of his For Your Entertainment album. The boy has such a pure voice; he's probably the best singer of this new time. Why do I put him so high, by saying "the best"? I do so because he can sing. I mean, actually sing. The live accoustic version of this song is simply gourgeous! Adam does not need to be autotuned or anything like that to be able to sound good. All he has to do is open his mouth and sing something. :} I hope Adam continues to do fantastic things with his career.
