I think it's about a situation where you have many problems to escape, you can't get used to all the havoc in your life, and there's this one person you love, who takes oyu away from it. Just being around them takes oyu to somewhere where the problems cease to exist. The lyrics say "when I lose myself I think of you" I think it demonstrates that when you literally, begin to lose yourself, you think of that one person and it's better, and bearable and you know you can "be running somewhere new". This is just how I see it, probably because that's how I interpreted this song's amazing lyrics.
