If I should associate this song to some creature, I'd probably say: it's about a vampire.
But A7x can't be so obvious.
Of course, this song is about someone who's out of control, but I think he could take control on someone else. For example, this phrase "You can feel my strength destroy you, straight to the heart from the venomous bite" makes me think about a man who has control on someone else, who can makes him think what he want, who gives him poison to take control of his mind.
He can control someone else's life and mind, maybe. I really dunno, this I wrote is just the impression that song gave to me.
