I love this song. This song basically says to me that the girl in the relationship just stopped loving him. This sounds like a christian song and it sounds like the girl was not good at holding onto things with her "fragile hands". And now the guy can't sleep because she said she would love him forever plenty of times but the truth is she didn't and the thought of her saying that runs through his mind every night.
