Nope sorry. The original band prong wrote this song to mean that there's no other way to get through this world or life outside of your own efforts. No outter forces (God) contribute to our success or failed. They lent it to say we're alone. That's why they say "you want the good life, you break your back. You snap your fingers you snap your neck". Meaning you wont get anywhere unless you do it yourself. Not exactly the kind of message I'd expect to hear from God! I used to be a lost child of God and used to listen to all the hard core stuff. Prong being one of them and I can tell you it doesn't mean what you think it does!
