This song is obvious and self explanatory. He's talking about loving a girl who accuses him of things her exs did to hurt her. And he's just trying to tell her that he loves her and he'd do anything to prove that. But it's gone to the point where she's accused him too much of things he has nothing to do with, he can't take it anymore. So he's trying to get it in her head that she's gotta learn to trust him as him, not as her ex. If she chooses not to, then he'll leave 'cuz he can't take bein' blamed and made guilty for things he didn't do.

In my interpretations, this song is about how the relationship is just not how it used to be. Hardships in the relationship kick in and their love for eachother is deteriorating. He still loves her and hopes to work out their differences, but her heart/love has obliterated (faded). "moving mountains" is just a way to say that it's impossible. You can't move mountains, you can only climb over 'em. But obstacles come thru and prevent you from getting to the other side. In the end, he's left all on his own.
